【Keema Curry】

Directions
- Prepare dry keema curry. Mince the onion and chop the tomato into small pieces.
- Put 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion over low heat until it is browned.
- Add ground meat to 【2】 and stir-fry while breaking it up into loose crumbles. Add the tomato and stir-fry while crushing.
- Add water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add S&B Golden Curry Mix. Mix well to blend the sauce. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes to cook off the moisture.
- Make fried egg for each serving. Beat the eggs, add some salt and mix well. Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour the beaten egg for one serving into the pan. Cook the egg while stirring it with chopsticks and shaping it into a square piece.
Make 3 more fried egg pieces.
- Place a nori sheet in a diamond shape, with the rough side facing up. Place 80g of cooked rice in the center of the nori sheet and shape it into a square. Sprinkle salt.
Next, spread the curry 【5】 over the rice, leaving the edges uncovered. Layer a slice of cheese, a fried egg piece 【6】, and a lettuce leaf, in this order, and finally top it with 80g of cooked rice, spreading it flat and gently pushing it.
- Fold the right and left corners of the nori sheet 【7】 so that they meet at the center. Fold the top and bottom corners the same way, and press it gently.
Wrap the whole rice sandwich in plastic wrap and let it sit for some time. Then cut the wrapped sandwich in half. Make 3 more rice sandwiches.
