Fried Rice with Zucchini and Mushrooms

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cooked rice (warm) 400g
Shimeji mushrooms 50g
Eryngii mushrooms 50g
Zucchini 80g (1/2)
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 1 block (25g)

Directions

  1. Finely chop the Golden Curry Mix.
  2. Save some mushrooms to use for topping. Chop the remaining mushrooms. Cut the zucchini into 5 mm dices.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the mushrooms for topping. Take them out of the pan.
    Combine and stir-fry the chopped mushrooms and zucchini from 【2】.
    Turn off the heat. Add 【1】 and blend it well with the ingredients. Turn on the heat again and stir-fry the ingredients, allowing the sauce mix to blend evenly with the ingredients. Add the rice, stir-fry and blend everything together.
  4. Serve on a plate, topped with the fried mushrooms.
