Sichuan Style Bean Curd Curry

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Tofu 300g
Ground beef and pork 100g
Garlic 1/2 Tbsp
Ginger 1/2 Tbsp
Green onion 1 1/2 Tbsp
Vegetable oil 1/2 Tbsp
Chili bean sauce 1/4 Tbsp
Tianmian sauce 1/2 Tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Water 250ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 1 block (25g)
Long green onion (chopped) As needed

Directions

  1. Chop the garlic, ginger, and green onion.
  2. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm dices. Boil them in water with a pinch of salt added for 1 minute (not listed) and drain in a strainer.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onion and stir-fry. When the ingredients become fragrant, add the ground meat and continue to stir-fry.
    Add the chili bean sauce, Tianmian sauce, and oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry.
    Once the meat is cooked through, add the water and tofu. Cook for 5 minutes after the mixture comes to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
    Add 【2】 and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped long green onion as desired.
