Curry Chicken Noodles

Ingredients (1-2 servings)

Chicken thigh 250g
Garlic 1 1/2 cloves
Bok choy 1 bunches
Vegetable oil 1/2 Tbsp
【A】 Sake 25ml
Sugar 1/4 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Water 450ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 2 block (50g)
Chinese noodles As needed

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic and cut the bok choy into easy-to-eat sizes.
  2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic. Stir-fry the chicken until it is cooked through.
  3. Combine the ingredients of 【A】 and add it to the pan. Add the specified amount of water and bring to a boil. When the water comes to a boil, turn the heat down to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and take out the chicken. Cut it into easy-to-eat sizes. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and simmer on low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
  5. Boil the bok choy until the color becomes vibrant. Cook the noodles as instructed on the package.
  6. Pour 【4】 over the noodles from 【5】. Put the chicken back and garnish with bok choy.
