Pork Belly Stamina Curry

Ingredients (2-3 servings)

Pork belly (sliced) 150g
Chinese chives Half-bunch (50g)
Onion 1/4 medium size (50g)
Garlic (grated) 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Water 300ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 2 blocks (25g x 2)
Plain rice (cooked) As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into large bite-size pieces. Cut the Chinese chives into 4 cm pieces and slice the onion.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork, onion, and garlic, adding the ingredients in this order. Add the Chinese chives and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix after breaking it into pieces, then stir well until it is melted. Bring to a boil again and serve with the rice.
