Ingredients (2-3 servings)
| Pork belly (sliced) | 150g |

| Chinese chives | Half-bunch (50g) |
| Onion | 1/4 medium size (50g) |
| Garlic (grated) | 1/2 tsp |
| Sesame oil | 1 tsp |
| Water | 300ml |
| S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g | 2 blocks (25g x 2) |
| Plain rice (cooked) | As needed |
Directions
- Cut the pork into large bite-size pieces. Cut the Chinese chives into 4 cm pieces and slice the onion.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork, onion, and garlic, adding the ingredients in this order. Add the Chinese chives and water and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix after breaking it into pieces, then stir well until it is melted. Bring to a boil again and serve with the rice.
