Curry Using Canned Tomatoes

Directions
- Slice the onion. Cut the sweet potato into bite-size pieces and put them in water for a while.
- Blanch the spinach to keep its fresh green color, squeeze the water out, and cut it into 2 cm pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the onion.
Once the onion is cooked, add the sweet potato and stir-fry well.
Add the canned tomatoes and the specified amount of water, and cook until the sweet potato is tender.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix while breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted.
Turn on the heat again and add the garlic and ginger. Simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
- Add the spinach in 【2】 and bring to a boil.
