Mushroom and Beef Curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

Shaved beef 200g
Onions (thinly sliced) 100g
Mushrooms 50g
Butter 15g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 2 blocks
Water 300ml
Rice (cooked) As needed
Italian parsley (fresh) As needed

Directions

  1. Slice the onions and mushrooms. Roughly mince the parsley.
  2. Heat a pot to melt the butter and add the onions and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and bring it to a boil. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
  5. Mix the parsley into the rice and serve with the curry sauce on a plate.
