Ingredients (2 servings)
| Shaved beef | 200g |

| Onions (thinly sliced) | 100g |
| Mushrooms | 50g |
| Butter | 15g |
| S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g | 2 blocks |
| Water | 300ml |
| Rice (cooked) | As needed |
| Italian parsley (fresh) | As needed |
Directions
- Slice the onions and mushrooms. Roughly mince the parsley.
- Heat a pot to melt the butter and add the onions and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring it to a boil. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
- Mix the parsley into the rice and serve with the curry sauce on a plate.
