Curry Topped with Poached Egg

【Poached eggs】

Directions
- Roughly mince the onion and carrot, and cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Drain the green peas.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground meat, onion, carrot, and potato pieces for 5 minutes.
- Add the specified amount of water and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
- Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and add the green peas. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
【Poached eggs】
- Put the vinegar, salt, and hot water into a small pot and bring to a boil.
- Crack one egg at a time into a small bowl and gently put it into the boiling water in ①.
- Cook both eggs for 4 to 5 minutes until the whites harden, then put them into cold water to cool them.
- Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour the curry sauce over the rice. Top with a poached egg to serve.
