Shredded Cheese Topped Curry

Directions
- Roughly mince the onion and carrot, and cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Drain the green peas.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground meat, onion, carrot, and potato pieces for 5 minutes.
- Add the specified amount of water and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat and cook for 15 minutes until the onion is tender.
- Turn off the heat. Break the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and melt them completely. Turn on the heat again and add the green peas. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
- Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour the curry sauce over the rice. Top with plenty of shredded cheese and fried onions to serve.
