Simple Keema Curry Using Canned Tomatoes

Ingredients (4-5 servings)

Ground beef and pork 400g
Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
Ginger (minced) 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Carrot (cut into bite-size pieces) 100g
Onion (cut into bite-size pieces) 200g
Canned tomatoes 1 (400ml)
Water 100ml
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g 1 pack
Sugar 2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Rice (cooked) 4 or 5 servings


  1. Mince the onion and carrot.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ginger and garlic until it becomes aromatic. Add the ground beef and pork and 【1】 and cook well.
  3. Once everything is cooked, add the canned tomatoes and water, and mix well. Stir while cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix. When the sauce mix is completely melted, add the sugar and Worcestershire sauce and turn on the heat again. Turn off the heat when the ingredients are well blended.

  5. Season with the salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Put rice on a plate and pour 【5】 over it to serve.
