Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients (4 servings)

Penne 200g
Chicken breast 1 (350g)
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Olive oil 1/2 Tbsp
Onions (thinly sliced) 100g
Butter 1 Tbsp
Milk 200ml
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g 1/2 pack (46g)
Dairy cream 100ml
Cheese (melting type) 50g
Italian parsley As needed


  1. Boil the penne as indicated on the package
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and sauté it with olive oil until nicely brown. Cut it into 7-mm slices.
  3. Cut the onion into thin slices.
  4. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the onion slices.
    Once they are cooked, add milk.
    When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix after breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted.
    Turn on the heat again and add dairy cream.
  5. Add 【1】 to 【4】 and mix well.
    Rub the inside of the casserole with butter (not included in the ingredients list). Put the mixture into the casserole and bake until the cheese is melted and crisp.
    Serve with chopped parsley as desired.
