Curry Hot Pot

Ingredients (4 servings)

S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 3 blocks (approx. 60g)
Chicken consomme soup base 2 tsp
Water 750ml
Chicken thigh 250g
Sausages 5 pieces
Cabbage 1/2
Broccoli 100g
Carrot 1/2
Tomato 1
Udon noodles As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the carrot, cabbage, broccoli, and other ingredients into easy-to-eat sizes.
  2. Put the carrot and the tougher part of the cabbage into the pot along with the specified amount of water. Cover with a lid and turn on the heat. After it comes to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and put in the curry mix and chicken consomme soup base. Stir until they are completely dissolved.
  4. Add the other vegetables to the pot and heat it again. After it comes to a boil, put in the chicken thigh, cabbage, tomatoes, and other ingredients that cook fast. Serve while simmering.
  5. You can add udon noodles according to your preference.
