Ingredients (6-8 servings)
|Ground chicken||400 g|
|【A】 Onion (minced)||200 g|
|Red bell pepper (minced)||100 g|
|【B】 Dill(dry)||1 tsp|
|Onion (sliced)||400 g|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tbsp|
|Canned tomatoes (diced)||400 g|
|S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g||1 pack|
|Cheese (melting type)||100 g|
- Mince 【A】. Combine the ground chicken and 【B】 in a bowl to mix.
- Slice the onion.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add 【2】.
Cook until wilted and add the water and canned tomatoes to bring to a boil.
Divide 【1】 into 16 portions and form into meatballs. Add the meatballs into the sauce.
Cover and simmer for 5-6 min.
- Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces.
Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat until thickened.
- Transfer the sauce to a skillet and oven at 200℃ (392℉) for 15-20 min until the top is golden.
