Baked Curry

Ingredients (6-8 servings)

Ground chicken 400 g
【A】 Onion (minced) 200 g
Red bell pepper (minced) 100 g
【B】 Dill(dry) 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Lemon peel 1
Onion (sliced) 400 g
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Water 500 ml
Canned tomatoes (diced) 400 g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Lemon juice 1
Cheese (melting type) 100 g


  1. Mince 【A】. Combine the ground chicken and 【B】 in a bowl to mix.
  2. Slice the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add 【2】.
    Cook until wilted and add the water and canned tomatoes to bring to a boil.
    Divide 【1】 into 16 portions and form into meatballs. Add the meatballs into the sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 5-6 min.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces.
    Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Transfer the sauce to a skillet and oven at 200℃ (392℉) for 15-20 min until the top is golden.
