Ingredients (6-8 servings)

| 【A】 Onion (minced) | 200 g |
| Red bell pepper (minced) | 100 g |
| 【B】 Dill(dry) | 1 tsp |
| Salt | 1/4 tsp |
| Lemon peel | 1 |
| Onion (sliced) | 400 g |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tbsp |
| Water | 500 ml |
| Canned tomatoes (diced) | 400 g |
| S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g | 1 pack |
| Lemon juice | 1 |
| Cheese (melting type) | 100 g |
Directions
- Mince 【A】. Combine the ground chicken and 【B】 in a bowl to mix.
- Slice the onion.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add 【2】.
Cook until wilted and add the water and canned tomatoes to bring to a boil.
Divide 【1】 into 16 portions and form into meatballs. Add the meatballs into the sauce.
Cover and simmer for 5-6 min. - Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces.
Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat until thickened. - Transfer the sauce to a skillet and oven at 200℃ (392℉) for 15-20 min until the top is golden.
