Curry Flavored Fried Rice

Ingredients (4 servings)

Cooked rice (warm) 800 g
Onion (7-8 mm dices) 100 g
Bologna sausage (7-8 mm dices) 100 g
Cilantro (7-8 mm-long pieces) 80 g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 4 blocks
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp


  1. Cut the onion and sausage into 7-8 mm dices. Chop the cilantro into 7-8 mm-long pieces.
  2. Chop the S&B Golden Curry Mix finely.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion and sausage. Turn the heat down to low heat and add the chopped curry mix, and stir-fry until it is melted but not burnt.
    Add the rice and stir-fry until the whole mixture is evenly curry-colored. Add the cilantro and mix well.
