Ingredients (4 servings)
|Cooked rice (warm)||800 g|
|Onion (7-8 mm dices)||100 g|
|Bologna sausage (7-8 mm dices)||100 g|
|Cilantro (7-8 mm-long pieces)||80 g|
|S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g||4 blocks|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tbsp|
- Cut the onion and sausage into 7-8 mm dices. Chop the cilantro into 7-8 mm-long pieces.
- Chop the S&B Golden Curry Mix finely.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion and sausage. Turn the heat down to low heat and add the chopped curry mix, and stir-fry until it is melted but not burnt.
Add the rice and stir-fry until the whole mixture is evenly curry-colored. Add the cilantro and mix well.
