Sausage & Spinach Curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Sausages 2 packs (approx. 180g)
Frozen French fries (with the skin, wedge-shaped) 1 pack (300 g)
Frozen spinach 1 pack (200 g)
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Water 650 ml
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g 1 pack
White rice 200 g x 5

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and heat the frozen French fries (without thawing in advance) in the frying pan.
    Once the fries are crispy, add the water and sausages. When the mixture comes to a boil, add the spinach without thawing and mix together well.
  2. When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix, then stir until it is completely melted. Turn on the heat again, simmer while stirring occasionally. (Approx. 5 min)
  3. Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour 【2】 over the rice.
