Directions
- 【Preparation】 Preheat an oven to 220-230℃ (430-450℉).
- Put all dough ingredients other than water in a bowl, mix together well, and then, adding the water, knead the dough.
- Once the dough is smooth, make it into a ball, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and then let it rise in a warm place until expanded to 1.5 times the original size.
【Filling】
- Finely chop the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g with a knife, add water, and heat in a microwave oven. Repeat heating and mixing several times to make a smooth sauce.
- Slice the mushrooms and onion, and cut the bacon into pieces 1 cm wide. Cut the tomato into 1 cm dices.
- Split 【2】 into 4 equal parts and roll out each part into a disk.
Then, spread 【Filling ①】 over one side of the disk, and put 【Filling ②】, melting type cheese and basil on top, fold the disk in half and seal it shut.
- Coat its surface with olive oil, and bake it in an oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
