Curry Soba Noodles (Curry Buckwheat Noodles)

Ingredients (3 servings)

Onion (sliced) 100 g
Beef (finely cut) 120 g
Mushrooms (sliced) 25 g
Vegetable oil 1/2 Tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g 1/2 pack
Water 650 ml
S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) 1 tsp (3 g)
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Soba (buckwheat) noodles 3 servings
Green onions (chopped) 1 stalk
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper (Nanami Togarashi) As needed


  1. Slice the onion and mushrooms, and finely cut the beef.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over low heat. Add the onion and cook thoroughly.
  3. Add the beef and mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked.
  4. Add the amount of water and the S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) to the pot in 【2】, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the ingredients become soft. * Skim off any foam as much as possible.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
    Stir until the curry sauce is smooth.
  6. Turn on the heat again and add the soy sauce. Simmer for approx. 5 min, stirring constantly.
  7. Divide the noodles among bowls. Ladle the curry sauce into the bowls.
    Top with chopped green onions and S&B Shichimi Togarashi as required.
