Directions
- Cut the onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms into 1 cm dices.
- Put 【A】 into a pot and stir-fry over low heat until it becomes aromatic.
Add the chopped onion and mushroom and stir-fry until it becomes tender.
Add the chopped tomato and the red kidney beans, and stir-fry further.
- Add the hot water and when it comes to a boil, add the green peas.
When it comes to a boil again, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted.
Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
Serve with bread of your choice.
* Garden peas may be used instead of green peas for an equally satisfying result.
