|Ground beef and pork||400 g / 13 oz|
||200 g / 7 oz|
|Carrot (minced)||50 g / 1.8 oz|
|Celery (minced)||20 g|
|S&B Golden Curry Mix 92 g||1 pack|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tbsp|
|Cherry tomato||16 (whole)|
|Fresh basil||As needed|
|Rice (cooked)||As needed|
- Mince the onion, carrot, and celery.
- Heat the vegetable oil and garlic in a frying pan. Stir-fry the vegetables 【1】 for 2 minutes over high heat, and add and stir-fry the ground beef and pork for 4 minutes over medium heat.
- Turn off the heat, add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and mix well.
- Put the rice (cooked) on a plate with the cherry tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil, then pour 【3】 over the rice.
