Salad Keema Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Ground beef and pork 400 g / 13 oz
Onion (minced)
200 g / 7 oz
Carrot (minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Celery (minced) 20 g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92 g 1 pack
Water 300 ml
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Cherry tomato 16 (whole)
Avocado
As needed
Fresh basil As needed
Rice (cooked) As needed

Directions

  1. Mince the onion, carrot, and celery.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil and garlic in a frying pan. Stir-fry the vegetables 【1】 for 2 minutes over high heat, and add and stir-fry the ground beef and pork for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and mix well.
  4. Put the rice (cooked) on a plate with the cherry tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil, then pour 【3】 over the rice.
