Directions
- Mince the onion, carrot, and celery.
- Heat the vegetable oil and garlic in a frying pan. Stir-fry the vegetables 【1】 for 2 minutes over high heat, and add and stir-fry the ground beef and pork for 4 minutes over medium heat.
- Turn off the heat, add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and mix well.
- Put the rice (cooked) on a plate with the cherry tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil, then pour 【3】 over the rice.
