Curry with Steak and Garlic Rice

【Garlic Rice】
Rice (cooked) |
1000 g / 7.1 oz (200 g / serving) |
Butter |
40 g |
Garlic (powder) |

Parsley (chopped) |

Directions
- Chop the onion. Heat the oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat and add onion. Reduce the heat and cook until onion is golden brown.
- Add the water and simmer over medium heat for 10 min.
- Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix, breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
Simmer over low heat until sauce is thick.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and grill the steaks. Slice the cooked steaks.
【Garlic Rice】
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the rice and grated garlic. Cook and stir until well blended.
- Place the garlic rice on a plate and pour the curry sauce over. Top with the steaks.
Sprinkle the rice with paprika and parsley, and sprinkle the steaks with ground pepper.
