Curry with Steak and Garlic Rice

Ingredients (5 servings)

Steak 650 g / 23 oz (130 g / serving)
Salt As needed
Black pepper (powder) As needed
Onion (chopped) 300 g / 13 oz
Olive oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic (grated) 1 tsp
Water 650 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
【Garlic Rice】 Rice (cooked) 1000 g / 7.1 oz (200 g / serving)
Butter 40 g
Garlic (powder) 2 tsp
Paprika (powder) As needed
Parsley (chopped) As needed
Black pepper (ground) As needed


  1. Chop the onion. Heat the oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat and add onion. Reduce the heat and cook until onion is golden brown.
  2. Add the water and simmer over medium heat for 10 min.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix, breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
    Simmer over low heat until sauce is thick.
  4. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and grill the steaks. Slice the cooked steaks.
    【Garlic Rice】
    1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the rice and grated garlic. Cook and stir until well blended.
  5. Place the garlic rice on a plate and pour the curry sauce over. Top with the steaks.
    Sprinkle the rice with paprika and parsley, and sprinkle the steaks with ground pepper.
