Directions
- Chop the garlic, onion and celery. Cut the tomato into 1 cm cubes.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Add the ground beef and cook, crumbling the meat. Add the onion and celery. Cook until wilted.
- Add the tomatoes and stir-fry quickly. Add 【A】 and simmer for 3-4 min.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
Turn on the heat again and simmer for 4-5 min.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the pan and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese on top.
