Curry Meat Sauce Pasta

Ingredients (4-5 servings)

Ground beef 400 g / 13.5 oz
Garlic (minced) 1 clove
Onion (chopped) 300 g / 10 oz
Celery (chopped) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Tomato (1 cm diced) 200 g / 7 oz
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g 1 pack
Rigatoni 450 g
Parmesan cheese As needed
【A】 Red wine 100 ml
Laurel 1
Nutmeg (ground) Pinch
Rosemary 1 sprig
Hot water 400 ml


  1. Chop the garlic, onion and celery. Cut the tomato into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Add the ground beef and cook, crumbling the meat. Add the onion and celery. Cook until wilted.
  3. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry quickly. Add 【A】 and simmer for 3-4 min.
  4. Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
    Turn on the heat again and simmer for 4-5 min.
  5. Add the cooked rigatoni to the pan and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese on top.
