Curry Cheese Fondue

Ingredients (4-5 servings)

S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g
1 pack
Hot water 450 ml
White wine 100 ml
Milk 200 ml
Cheese (melting type) 100-200 g
Bacon (thick-cut, bite-sized pieces) As needed
Cherry tomato As needed
Baguette (bite-sized pieces) As needed
Broccoli (bite-sized pieces)
As needed
Mushroom (bite-sized pieces)
As needed
Fresh basil
As needed

Directions

  1. Put the hot water and white wine in a pot and bring to a boil.
    Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
    Turn on the heat again and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Add the milk.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add the cheese. Cook until melted.
  3. Serve with favorite dipping foods. Spear with skewers, dip, swirl and enjoy!
