Ingredients (4 servings)
|Onion (roughly minced）||200 g|
|Garlic (roughly minced）||1 clove|
|Celery (roughly minced）
|Olive oil||1 Tbsp|
|sausage (7ｍｍ pieces)||80 g|
|Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g||1 pack|
|Dairy cream||200 ml|
- Cook the penne according to package directions and drain.
- Chop the onion, garlic and celery, and cut the sausage into 7-8 mm pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and stir the onion, garlic and celery until wilted. Add the sausage and cook lightly. Pour the hot water and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces.
Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat for approx. 5min until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add the dairy cream and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
- Transfer the penne to 【3】 and add the cherry tomatoes and half of mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine, then transfer to the baking dish.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and oven at 220 ℃ (428 ℉) for 10-15 min until browned.
