Directions
- Chop the onion, garlic and celery and slice the mushroom.
- Chop the tomato into 1 cm pieces.
- Put the oil and 【A】 in a pan. Heat the pot over low heat until the spices are fragrant. Add 【1】 and stir-fry over medium heat until wilted.
Add the canned tomatoes, hot water and half of tomatoes (250 g) and simmer for 7-8 min.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until the sauce mixes are completely melted.
Turn on the heat again and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add the remaining tomatoes. While simmering, break the eggs into the sauce and cook, covered. Garnish with the cilantro.
