Curry with Hamburger Steak and Cheese

Ground meat

Directions
- Slice the onion, and cut carrot and potato into 1 cm small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook 【1】 thoroughly for appx. 5-10 min.
- Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. Put the lid on the pot and simmer until the vegetables are tender, for appx. 15 min.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix, breaking it into pieces, then stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
- Turn on the heat again and simmer for approx. 5min, stirring constantly.
【Hamburger Steak】
- Mince the onion. Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry onion until golden brown. Take it out of the pot and set aside to cool.
- Mix the panko and milk in a bowl. Add the ground meat and 【A】, and mix well until the mixture becomes sticky. Divide the mixture into quarters and make each piece into a round shape.
- Heat the remaining (1 Tbsp) vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook ② until golden on the bottom for 3 min. Flip them over and cover. Steam and fry until cooked through for 5-6 min.
Uncover and put the cheese on top. Put the lid back on and cook until cheese is melted.
- Place the rice on a plate, top with the hamburger steak and pour curry sauce. Garnish with the green beans, potatoes and carrots.
