Tomato Curry Tsukemen (dipping ramen)(4 servings)

Onion (minced)
200 g
Tomato (1 cm pieces)

【A】 Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Water 900 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g
1 pack
Lime juice 1 Tbsp
【B】 Tomato (diced) 150 g
S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chilli Pepper) Pinch
Cilatro (chopped) Pinch
Chinese-style noodles (noodles of choice)
4 servings
【C】 Radish sprouts As needed
Scallion (finely shredded) As needed


  1. Chop the onion into fine pieces and tomato into 1 cm pieces.
  2. Heat the oil and add 【A】 in a pan over low heat and stir-fry until seeds are popping.
    Add black pepper powder and stir-fry. Add 【1】 and stir-fry until the tomatoes break down.
    Add water and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Turn off the heat, then break the S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces, and stir them in until they are melted.
    Simmer over heat while stirring for 5-6 minutes until thickened, then add lime juice.
  3. Place the boiled noodles on a plate and top with 【B】.
    Pour dipipng sauce from 【2】 in a small bowl and serve topped with 【C】.
