Katsucurry sandwich

Ingredients

Briosche 2 Slices
Pork Katsu (Cutlet) 1 piece
Cabbage 100 g
Butter 20 g
【Curry Sauce】 Onion (chopped) 25 g
Butter 10 g
Water 75 ml
Milk 30 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 1 piece
Ketchup 2 tsp

Directions

  1. Slice cabbage into thin strips. Soak it in cold water to get a crunchy texture, then drain well.
  2. Toast brioche and put butter on.
  3. To make the curry sauce,melt butter in a pan, then add onion and stir-fry.
    Add water when onion becomes translucent, and bring to a boil.Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces an add them to the pan.
    Stir until the sauce mix is completely melted. Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and turn the heat off. Once it has cooled down, add ketchup.
  4. Put the curry sauce on katsu and put it on the brioche. Layer it with cabbage and curry sauce and put the other slice of briosch on top.
    To flatten the sandwich, put a plate on top.
