Keema-style Curry with a Rice Heart

Ingredients (4 servings)

Ground beef 300 g / 10 oz
Onion (roughly minced) 300 g / 10 oz
Yellow bell pepper (1 cm pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Basil (dried) 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Water 400 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Rice (cooked) As needed
Fresh basil leaves As needed


  1. Mince the onions and chop the bell pepper into 1 cm pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground beef. Stir-fry the onion, then add the bell pepper and basil (dried).
    When the vegetables become soft, add the water and boil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted.
    Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat until the source becomes thick.
  4. Put the rice (arranged in a heart shape) on a plate and surround it with 【3】, and garnish with the fresh basil leaves.
