Keema-style Curry with a Rice Heart

Ground beef |

Onion (roughly minced) |

Yellow bell pepper (1 cm pieces) |

Directions
- Mince the onions and chop the bell pepper into 1 cm pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground beef. Stir-fry the onion, then add the bell pepper and basil (dried).
When the vegetables become soft, add the water and boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted.
Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat until the source becomes thick.
- Put the rice (arranged in a heart shape) on a plate and surround it with 【3】, and garnish with the fresh basil leaves.
