Ingredients (1 serving)
| Rice (cooked) | 180 g / 6.0 oz | 
| Onion (roughly minced) | 50 g / 1.8 oz | 
| Sausage (7 mm dices) | 40 g / 1.4 oz | 
| Olive oil | 1/2 Tbsp | 
| S&B Golden Curry Mix 92 g (finely chopped) | 1 block | 
| Milk | 80 ml | 
| Egg yolk | 1 | 
| Cheese (melting type) | As needed | 
| Parsley (chopped) | As needed | 
 
Directions
- Roughly mince the onion. Cut the sausage into 7-8 mm pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry 【1】. 
 Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, stirring to combine.
 Turn on the heat again. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry over low heat.
- When the whole ingredients are mixed well, add the milk and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
- Put 【3】 in a heatproof baking dish. Put the egg yolk and sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake in an oven until the surface becomes lightly browned.
 Serve with the parsley as desired.
