Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground beef.
Once the beef is cooked, add the onion and stir-fry until tender, then add the red kidney beans.
- Add the chili powder and laurel to ① and stir-fry until fragrant.
Next, add the tomato puree, mix well, and add the amount of water listed in the ingredients.
- When the mixture comes to a boil, allow it to simmer as is for another 5 to 6 minutes and turn off the heat. Break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and stir them in until they are melted.
Return to medium heat and allow to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Plate and top with plenty of cilantro.
Serve with nachos as desired.
