Ingredients (4 servings)

Sliced bread 16 slices
Butter As needed
Ground pork 600 g / 1.5 lbs
Onion (minced) 300 g / 10.5 oz
Green bell pepper (minced) 4
Carrot (grated) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Raisins (minced) 2 Tbsp / 20 g
Ketchup 8 Tbsp / 150 g
Nutmeg Pinch
Water 300 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and stir-fry the ground pork. Once it is cooked, add the onion and carrot, and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender. Add the green bell pepper and lightly stir-fry before adding the nutmeg, raisin, and ketchup. Continue to stir-fry. Once the ingredients and seasonings are well mixed, add the amount of water listed in the ingredients, and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat, then break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces, and stir them in until they are melted.
Return to medium heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring to evaporate any excess liquid.
    Allow to cool completely.
  3. Spread butter onto two slices of bread, then make the sandwich with ② as the filling, using a wrapper such as baking paper to tightly wrap each sandwich.
