Lamb Chops with Curry Couscous

Directions
- Roughly mince the onion.
Cut the tomato into 2 cm-large pieces.
Cut the green bell pepper into 1.5 to 2 cm-long pieces.
Mince the raisins.
- Mix 【A】 together in a saucepan over low heat and heat until fragrant.
Salt and pepper the lamb and add to the saucepan. Sauté over medium heat.
Once the surface of the lamb browns, add the onion and lightly stir-fry before adding the tomato. Stir-fry together.
When the tomato begins to break down, add the green bell pepper, raisin, and yogurt, and mix well.
Add the amount of water listed in the ingredients. Once it comes to a boil, bring to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, then break the S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces, and stir them in until they are melted.
Return to medium heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- As desired, serve with couscous, top with raisin and toasted almond, and enjoy.
