Kimchee Flavored Fried Rice

Ingredients (2 servings)

Warm rice 300 g / 10.5 oz
Luncheon meat of choice (7 mm-large pieces) 75g / 2.6 oz
Onion (roughly minced) 100g / 3.5 oz
Celery (roughly minced) 40g / 1.4 oz
Carrot (roughly minced) 20g / 0.7 oz
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Egg (beaten) 2
S&B Kimchee Marinade 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Frozen green peas (defrosted) 50 g / 1.7 oz


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and lightly stir-fry the luncheon meat and vegetables.
  2. Pour beaten egg into the frying pan from Step ① and add the rice immediately after. Quickly mix and stir-fry the ingredients together.
  3. Once excess moisture has evaporated, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Kimchee Marinade and mix well.
    Return to medium heat and continue to stir-fry until excess moisture has evaporated. Add soy sauce by pouring in a circular motion to the frying pan sides, mix together quickly, then add the green peas.
