Kimchee Flavored Dandan Noodles

Ingredients (4 servings)

【Soup】 S&B Kimchee Marinade 4 Tbsp
S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) 1 Tbsp
Hot water 1200ml
【Soup ingredients】 Ground beef 400g / 14.1 oz
Sesame oil 1/2 Tbsp
S&B Kimchee Marinade 3 Tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Onion (minced) 100g / 3.5 oz
Bok choy (boiled) As needed
Ramen noodles 4 servings
S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper) Pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare the soup. Put the amount of water listed in the ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Dissolve the S&B Japanese Seasoning and Soup Mix (Oden No Moto) and add the S&B Kimchee Marinade.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground beef, S&B Kimchee Marinade, and sugar and stir-fry. Once the meat is cooked and excess liquid has evaporated, add the onion and lightly stir-fry.
  3. Boil the noodles and drain thoroughly. Put soup into a bowl and add the noodles. Top with ② and bok choy and garnish with S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper).
