Japanese Cold Ramen Noodles

Directions
- Prepare the soup. Dissolve the amount of chicken bouillon into hot water listed in the ingredients and let cool. Mix in the other condiments.
- Beat eggs, add salt and sugar, fry into a thin omelet, then julienne the omelet. Julienne cucumber and ham. Thinly slice tomato.
- Boil noodles, rinse under cold water, and drain thoroughly.
- Plate the noodles and top with ②. Serve with cilantro as desired.
