Japanese Cold Ramen Noodles

Ingredients (4 servings)

【Soup】 S&B Prepared Mustard Hot in Tube 2 Tbsp
Chicken bouillon 2-3 tsp
Hot water 300ml
Soy sauce 6 Tbsp
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Vinegar 100ml
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Lemon juice 4 Tbsp
Ramen noodles (noodles of choice) 4 servings
Ham 6
Cucumber 2
Tomato 2
Egg 4
Salt Pinch
Sugar 2 tsp
Cilantro Small amount
Roasted white sesame Pinch


  1. Prepare the soup. Dissolve the amount of chicken bouillon into hot water listed in the ingredients and let cool. Mix in the other condiments.
  2. Beat eggs, add salt and sugar, fry into a thin omelet, then julienne the omelet. Julienne cucumber and ham. Thinly slice tomato.
  3. Boil noodles, rinse under cold water, and drain thoroughly.
  4. Plate the noodles and top with ②. Serve with cilantro as desired.
