Curry Macaroni and Cheese

Directions
- Boil macaroni according to the package directions.
- Melt butter into panko and mix them together.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground chicken. Once the ground chicken becomes crumbly, add onion. Continue to stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent, then add milk.
Once the milk begins to boil, turn off the heat. Break Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pot, then stir until the pieces are melted.
- Return to medium heat and stir slowly until the mixture becomes thick.
Turn off the heat, add the macaroni from (1) and 200 g of cheese, then mix.
- Grease the gratin dish with a small amount of butter (not listed in ingredients) and pour the contents from (4) into the gratin dish.
Sprinkle 50 g of cheese and the panko from (2) on the surface, and put into an oven preheated to 220-230℃ to bake until the cheese is melted and browned.
