Karaage Curry


Onion 1(200 g / 7.0 oz)
720 ml
Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g
1 pack
Rice, cooked
As needed
Karaage As needed


  1. Stir-fry onions with oil in a large pan over medium heat for 5 min.
  2. Add water and bring to boil. Turn down the heat, cover and simmer until the ingredients are tender for 15 min.
  3. Turn off the heat and break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pan.
    Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer for 5 min, stirring constantly.
  4. Place rice on a plate and serve curry sauce, then top with Karaage.
