Ingredients (2 Servings)
|Left-over curry sauce
||200 g / 7.0 oz|
||400g / 14 oz|
||50 g / 2.0 oz|
- Butter (not included in the ingredients) casserole.
- Mix butter with warm rice.
- Put (2) in the casserole. Pour curry sauce over it and sprinkle cheese and tomato.
- Grill it in the oven unti the surface is browned.
*Roast the tomato before topping it on the curry if you prefer to have it sweeter.
