Cheese Curry

Ingredients (2 Servings)

Left-over curry sauce
200 g / 7.0 oz
400g / 14 oz
10 g
Shredded cheese
50 g / 2.0 oz
Sliced tomato
as desired


  1. Butter (not included in the ingredients) casserole.
  2. Mix butter with warm rice.
  3. Put (2) in the casserole. Pour curry sauce over it and sprinkle cheese and tomato.
  4. Grill it in the oven unti the surface is browned.
    *Roast the tomato before topping it on the curry if you prefer to have it sweeter.
