Directions
- Sprinkle salt and white pepper on sliced cod and set aside for 15 min.
- Mix ingredients of 【A】 for batter ‐first mix all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt and bakingpowder well and add carbonated water and egg to it.
- Wipe the moisture off (1) , coat with flour and dip in (2).
Heat vegetable oil to 180℃ and fry for 10 min. Then fry frozen French fries, too.
- To make the curry sauce, melt butter in a pan, then add onion and stir-fry. Add water when onion becomes translucent, and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pan.
Stir until mixes are completely melted. Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add milk and turn the heat off. Then cool it down. Divide it in half and add ketchup to one and add mayonnaise to another to make 2 flavors of sauce.
- Place (3) cod and French fries on a plate with the sauce, and squeeze lemon over them.
