Microwave Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken thigh
200 g / 7.0 oz
Onion
200 g / 7.0 oz
Carrot
100 g / 3.5 oz
Potato
300 g / 10.0 oz
Water
500 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g
1 pack

Directions

  1. Cut chicken thigh into 2-3 cm cubes.
  2. Slice onion and cut carrot into half-moon slices or quarter-rounds. Cut potato into 2-3 cm cube.
  3. Put onion, carrot, potato, and chicken thigh in a heat-resistant container in order.
    Add water and cover with plastic wrap. Cook in an microwave (600 W) for 20 min.
    *The ingredients should be soaked in water.
  4. Remove the plastic wrap, then add S&B Golden Curry Mix in the container and dissolve it.
    Cook in a microwave again for 5 min.
  5. Remove the plastic wrap, and mix well.
