Directions
- Cut chicken thigh into 2-3 cm cubes.
- Slice onion and cut carrot into half-moon slices or quarter-rounds. Cut potato into 2-3 cm cube.
- Put onion, carrot, potato, and chicken thigh in a heat-resistant container in order.
Add water and cover with plastic wrap. Cook in an microwave (600 W) for 20 min.
*The ingredients should be soaked in water.
- Remove the plastic wrap, then add S&B Golden Curry Mix in the container and dissolve it.
Cook in a microwave again for 5 min.
- Remove the plastic wrap, and mix well.
