Ingredients (5 servings)
|Onion||1 (200 g)|
|Seafood mix (frozen)||500 g|
|White wine||80 cc|
|Vegetable oil||2 tbsp|
|S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g||1 pack|
|Rice, cooked||5 x 200 g|
- Defrost seafood mix and remove wetness.
- Slice onion.
- Stir-fry onion on medium heat with oil. When onion is wilted, add water and simmer for 10 min.
Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pan.
- Stir-fry (1) with oil. When they get browned, add white wine and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Add them to (3). Simmer approx. 5min., stirring constantly.
- Place rice on a plate, serve curry sauce.
Garnish with your favorite fresh vegetables, as desired.
