Seafood curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Onion 1 (200 g)
Seafood mix (frozen) 500 g
White wine 80 cc
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper Pinch
Water 500 cc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Rice, cooked 5 x 200 g


  1. Defrost seafood mix and remove wetness.
  2. Slice onion.
  3. Stir-fry onion on medium heat with oil. When onion is wilted, add water and simmer for 10 min.
    Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry (1) with oil. When they get browned, add white wine and sprinkle salt and pepper.
    Add them to (3). Simmer approx. 5min., stirring constantly.
  5. Place rice on a plate, serve curry sauce.
    Garnish with your favorite fresh vegetables, as desired.
