Curry Ramen (Miso Flavor)

|S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g
|Chicken Soup Stock Powder
|Green Onion, minced

- Blanch the spinach and set aside.
Put water and chicken soup stock in a pot and bring to boil. Dissolve miso in it.
- Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until mixed are completely melted. Simmer again, stirring constantly.
- Cook noodle and drain well.
- Put noodles in bowls and pour over (2). Add the spinach, soft-boiled egg and green onion.
