Miso | 3 Tbsp |
Water | 1400 ml |
Green Onion, minced | 2 |
Boiled Egg | 4 |
Spinach | 80 g / 2.8 oz |
Ramen Noodle | 4 servings |
Directions
- Blanch the spinach and set aside.
Put water and chicken soup stock in a pot and bring to boil. Dissolve miso in it. - Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until mixed are completely melted. Simmer again, stirring constantly.
- Cook noodle and drain well.
- Put noodles in bowls and pour over (2). Add the spinach, soft-boiled egg and green onion.
