Ingredients (5 servings)
| Chicken Thigh, chopped | 300 g / 10.6 oz. |

| Onion, minced | 1 (200 g / 7.1 oz.) | 
| Yoghurt | 50 g / 1.8 oz. | 
| Canned Tomato | 1 (400g) | 
| Vegetable Oil | 1 Tbsp | 
| Garlic, grated | 1/2 tsp | 
| Ginger, grated | 1/2 tsp | 
| Water | 250 ml | 
| S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g | 1 pack | 
| Salt (as you like) | To taste | 
| Garam Masala (as you like) | To taste | 
| Rice, cooked | As desired | 
Directions
- Mix garlic, ginger and yoghurt in a bowl and marinade chicken.
 - Stir-fry onion with oil in a large skillet. Add (1) and remaining marinade and stir fry.
 - Add canned tomato and water, cover and simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min., stirring constantly.
 - Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until mixes are completely melted. Simmer until thickened., stirring constantly.
Add salt and garam masala, if you like. - Serve hot over rice.
