Ingredients (5 servings)
|Chicken Thigh, chopped||300 g / 10.6 oz.|
|Onion, minced||1 （200 ｇ / 7.1 oz.）|
|Yoghurt||50 ｇ / 1.8 oz.|
|Canned Tomato||1 （400ｇ）|
|Vegetable Oil||1 Tbsp|
|Garlic, grated||1/2 tsp|
|Ginger, grated||1/2 tsp|
|S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g||1 pack|
|Salt (as you like)||To taste|
|Garam Masala (as you like)||To taste|
|Rice, cooked||As desired|
- Mix garlic, ginger and yoghurt in a bowl and marinade chicken.
- Stir-fry onion with oil in a large skillet. Add (1) and remaining marinade and stir fry.
- Add canned tomato and water, cover and simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min., stirring constantly.
- Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until mixes are completely melted. Simmer until thickened., stirring constantly.
Add salt and garam masala, if you like.
- Serve hot over rice.
