Tomato Curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Chicken Thigh, chopped 300 g / 10.6 oz.
Onion, minced 1 (200 g / 7.1 oz.)
Yoghurt 50 g / 1.8 oz.
Canned Tomato 1 (400g)
Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
Garlic, grated 1/2 tsp
Ginger, grated 1/2 tsp
Water 250 ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Salt (as you like) To taste
Garam Masala (as you like) To taste
Rice, cooked As desired


  1. Mix garlic, ginger and yoghurt in a bowl and marinade chicken.
  2. Stir-fry onion with oil in a large skillet. Add (1) and remaining marinade and stir fry.
  3. Add canned tomato and water, cover and simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min., stirring constantly.
  4. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until mixes are completely melted. Simmer until thickened., stirring constantly.
    Add salt and garam masala, if you like.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
