Ingredients (2 servings)
| Onion, thinly sliced | 2 |

| Slices of baguette | 4 pieces |
| Bouillon (powdered) | 2 tsp |
| Shredded cheese | 60 g |
| Garlic, grated | 1/2 tsp |
| Water | 650 ml |
| S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 220g | 1/4 pack (55 g) |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 tsp |
| Vegetable Oil | 1 Tbsp |
| Parsley | proper quantity |
Directions
- Toast baguette well.
- Put oil and grated garlic in a pan and stir-fry on medium heat, then add onion. When onions are browned, add water and bouillon and bring to boil. Turn off heat, add S&B Golden Curry and mix well. Turn on heat, keep stirring until mixture is slightly thickened.
- Put mixture into an oven-safe bowl. Top it with toasted baguette and cheese. Cook in oven at high temperature until cheese are brown. Garnish with parsley and serve.
