Onion Gratin Curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

Onion, thinly sliced 2
Slices of baguette 4 pieces
Bouillon (powdered) 2 tsp
Shredded cheese 60 g
Garlic, grated 1/2 tsp
Water 650 ml
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 220g 1/4 pack (55 g)
Parmesan cheese 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
Parsley proper quantity


  1. Toast baguette well.
  2. Put oil and grated garlic in a pan and stir-fry on medium heat, then add onion. When onions are browned, add water and bouillon and bring to boil. Turn off heat, add S&B Golden Curry and mix well. Turn on heat, keep stirring until mixture is slightly thickened.
  3. Put mixture into an oven-safe bowl. Top it with toasted baguette and cheese. Cook in oven at high temperature until cheese are brown. Garnish with parsley and serve.
