Ingredients (2 servings)
|Corned beef, (canned)||50 g / 1.8 oz|
|Green peas||2 tsp|
|Vegetable oil||2 tsp|
|S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 220g||1 piece (about 28 g)|
|White bread||4 slices|
|Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)||1 Tbsp|
|【Paste】 Flour||2 Tbsp|
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onion well. Add corned beef and water and simmer. Remove from heat and add S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, stir well to dissolve, then add the green peas and simmer with a low heat.
- Flatten bread a little.
- Place one fourth (1/4) of mixture on center of a bread (2). Make a 【paste】 by mixing the flour and water, and apply around the edges of breads. Fold breads over to form a triangle shape, and ensure that edges are firmly sealed with flour paste.
- Brush beaten egg over the bread, then sprinkle with panko. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes in an oven toaster until the bread is nicely browned.
