Baked Curry Bread

Ingredients (2 servings)

Corned beef, (canned) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Onion, Sliced 1/2
Green peas 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tsp
Water 100 ml
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 220g 1 piece (about 28 g)
White bread 4 slices
Egg 1
Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) 1 Tbsp
【Paste】 Flour 2 Tbsp
Water 1 Tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion well. Add corned beef and water and simmer. Remove from heat and add S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, stir well to dissolve, then add the green peas and simmer with a low heat.
  2. Flatten bread a little.
  3. Place one fourth (1/4) of mixture on center of a bread (2). Make a 【paste】 by mixing the flour and water, and apply around the edges of breads. Fold breads over to form a triangle shape, and ensure that edges are firmly sealed with flour paste.
  4. Brush beaten egg over the bread, then sprinkle with panko. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes in an oven toaster until the bread is nicely browned.
