Directions
- Separate the broccoli into florets. Cut the carrot into 5-mm slices.
Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and cut the small onions in half. Boil them until they are cooked through.
- Cut the mushrooms and celery into small bite-size pieces.
- Salt and pepper the pork. Heat oil in the frying pan and saute the pork. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces.
- Boil the amount of water listed and turn off the heat. Add the stew mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer until the stew becomes thick. Add milk and dairy cream.
- When 【4】 starts to boil, add the celery. Add the other ingredients and simmer over low heat while keeping it from boiling.
- Serve the cooked meat and vegetables along with the soup.
