Directions
- Cut the onion and potato into 1.5-cm dices. Slice the mushrooms.
Defrost the frozen seafood and drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion. Cook until translucent and add the potato and mushrooms.
Cook until the potato becomes translucent and add the seafood to stir-fry.
- Add the water into 【2】 and bring to a boil, then skim the scum. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 min.
- Turn off the heat and add S&B Tasty White Stew by breaking it into pieces.
Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted and add the milk.
Turn on the heat again and simmer until soup gets thickened.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh chervil.
Serve hot with your favorite bread.
