Chickpea Brown Stew

Ingredients (5-6 servings)

Onion (minced)
200 g
Celery (minced)
100 g
Mushroom (sliced)
100 g
Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Canned chickpeas (drained)
280 g
Red wine
50 ml
600 ml
S&B Tasty Brown Stew Mix
1/2 pack
Green beans (trimmed, cut into 2-cm length)
100 g
Cherry tomatoes
150 g
Olive oil
1/2 Tbsp


  1. Mince the onion and celery. Slice the mushrooms into 5-mm length.
  2. Cut the green beans into 2-cm length and boil.
    Hull the cherry tomatoes and cut in halves.
    Heat the 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add all vegetables. Stir-fry for 5 min until cooked.
  3. Heat the 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil in another pan over medium heat and add 【1】.
    Cook until wilted, and add the chickpeas and red wine, then simmer.
    Add the water and bring to a boil.
    Turn off the heat and add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted.
    Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min until thickened.
    Add 【2】 to the stew and simmer.
