Creamy Potato Gratin

Ingredients (4 servings)

Potato (sliced) 6(900 g)
S&B Tasty White Stew 1/2 pack
Hot water 450 ml
Dairy cream 100 ml
Garlic (grated) 1 tsp
Butter As needed
Black pepper (coarse ground) Pinch


  1. Thinly slice the potato using a mandolin (vegetables slicer).
  2. Put the S&B Tasty White Stew in a bowl and add the hot water. Stir well until the sauce mixes are completely melted.
  3. Add the dairy cream and grated garlic into the bowl and mix well.
  4. Butter the baking dish lightly and place a layer of potatoes in the dish.
    Pour 【3】 over the potatoes and put in an oven. Bake at 180℃ (360℉) for 40-50 min until the top is golden brown.
  5. Top with the black pepper.
