Tasty Stew Scoop Croquette

Ingredients (4 servings)

Panko breadcrumbs 40 g
Potatoes (bite-size pieces) 500 g
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Chicken breast (2 cm dices) 200 g
Onions (1 cm dices) 200 g
Carrot (1 cm dices) 75 g
Corn kernels 100 g
Broccoli (bite-size pieces) 100 g
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Water 200 ml
S&B Tasty White Stew Mix 160g 1/2 pack
Milk 100 ml


  1. Dry-fry Panko breadcrumbs until they are golden brown.
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces and boil them until they are soft. Drain, add salt and pepper, and mash the potatoes.
  3. Cut the chicken into 2 cm pieces. Chop the onions and carrot into 1 cm dices. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken, onion, and carrot. Once the chicken browns, add the amount of water listed in the ingredients, cover, and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
    Once the carrot is soft, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Tasty White Stew Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again, add milk, and bring to a boil. Mix in the corn kernels and broccoli.
  5. Grease the gratin dish (or other baking dish) with oil (not listed in ingredients)and put the content from 【2】 evenly into the gratin dish.
    Pour the content from 【4】 over the potatoes. Sprinkle the Panko breadcrumbs from 【1】, place the gratin dish into an oven preheated to 230℃ (450℉), and bake for 20 minutes.
